Waited for about 3 weeks for it due to a few delivery delays. Looks like the picture and works as described. Easy to ignite by turning the knob to the designated position and pressing the igniter button. The holes in the tank are great for easy access to the propane tank knob. Warms our patio space, well. Took my husband about 30 mins to put it together and set it up. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I wish it had wheels to move it around easier. With a full propane tank, the whole thing is heavy and I have to roll it on the base to get it to move – I’m sure it’s going to scratch it up over time. My fault for not realizing this prior to purchase. Good heater though and got it on sale was definitely worth it.

Really can be assembled by one person but we got it done faster with the two of us. You’ll need a step ladder to put the top on, but this has been enjoyable and I highly recommend.
