Cute table however it was poorly constructed. The left side was not put together properly and as result the leg bows out and drawer does not close properly. It does some assembled except the legs which is a bonus. For the price though I would expect closer attention to detail, probably just a fluke?

This table must be made of pine because the top was not finished properly—there is a slight sticky place that is a pine knot—the pine sap has come through the finish which will happen if the proper steps are not taken to seal before painting. I learned this when taking an acrylic painting class and we were painting on pine boards. Also the screws for one leg would not screw up into the base as the other legs had done and I ended up using two very long wood screws that we had purchased to repair the fence. It doesn’t show and they are very secure. I am not sure that a set of replacement screws would have worked either. Must be something wrong with the base. Some day I guess I will sand down the top surface, seal it and try to paint over it. It is a cute table that worked perfectly in the entrance. After months of renovating, I just wanted the house finished or I would have sent it back.
