Love the vibration but originally bought for my dad and it is very difficult for me to pull up foot rest and push it back in and he couldn’t do it at all. Only recommend for the very fit.

The color is nice, ok on comfort. easy to put together
I really don’t like where the latch is placed to extend the recliner keep catching my fingers it’s a tight space.
The latch also to me doesn’t seem it would remain sturdydurable. (Like if you pull to hard it would break off) and You do have to pull hard on it
I was concern about the inside lining of the arm rest very thin.

ordering and delivery went ok, however once assembled and reclined footrest refused to lower, very kind and helpful customer service rep sent replacement, same result, 3 persons have tried and failed to get it to retract, is there a fix? is this unusual for this chair? surely do not want a 3rd defective chair, very frustrating as delivery was to disabled sister in another city with limited means

Super poor quality fabric and construction. Literally almost cannot close the footrest. Very disappointing and even got replacement chair and same issues.
