Amazing quality! Cats love it and it has a beautiful design. My only hang up… super difficult to put together. You had to stick your arm inside the box and screw parts blind and I had to bend awkwardly just to do it. I’m too old for difficult assembly.

It’s an okay cat tree. Assembly was easy enough but there are a couple of issues with holes not being where they should. The pom poms on the top are supposed to have separate holes to screw in, and they aren’t there. The highest step is supposed to be able to be screwed into the base. The holes aren’t there. My cats have played on it and thankfully it’s sturdy enough. I’ll go to the hardware store to get a shelf brace to stabilize the step. The clear bowl needed a towel in it before the cats would sit in it. I believe it messes with their vision with it being clear. All in all, it is a sturdy tree. I don’t have to worry about it tipping over. Both cats like it. If it weren’t such a pain to return, I would have sent it back and asked for a replacement.

We are incredibly pleased with this cat tree. Excellent quality and very easy descriptive instructions. It was packaged perfectly. We bought this for our foster room because it was all wood, not carpeted. Very important cleaning in between groups. Everything that needs cleaned is removable for washing. Genius ! And the kittens love it !
