We were slightly disappointed with sofa when it came.
For starters, the packaging did not protect the sofa at all. The corners of the box were torn completely, therefore the material was torn too.
Secondly, the color was not as it appeared on the website. From the picture, it appeared to be a dark navy, but in reality, it’s a lighter blue-similar to a denim color.
Additionally, the sofa is very small. The length was a perfect size, but it barley sticks out into the room. The room still looks very empty with the couch.
Lastly, the sofa feels very cheap when sitting on it. The seats are pretty firm and they feels and sound like the inside is filled with plastic. Although the price is fairly decent, we would have expected better comfort and presentation for the price.
We bought it as a couch for our living room, so we were disappointed with the product. I would not recommend it for a formal, nice room, but as a playroom or den couch, it would be perfect. The quality is pretty decent, and it seems like it would last.
We decided to return the sofa because of the damage on the material and Barwefurniture’s 5 star customer service assisted us in making the return.
Although we were not happy with this couch, we will continue to shop at Barwefurniture because of the pleasant experience we had.
