My order was delivered with wrong color chair and correct color for arms. I contacted Barwefurniture. Sent them a photo. They reordered the chair which has been delivered. The order is correct this time. Although my order was wrong when delivered, Barwefurniture made things right. I’ll order from Barwefurniture again because of great customer service.

This convertible chair is very easy to install. It is a nice addition to any room and it is an extra bed when needed. It is not very padded or wide but I don’t mind it. If you are looking for plush thick padding, this may not be for you. I would have rated it slightly higher but unfortunately, the shipment came without the 4 screw on legs. I called customer service and they are sending the replacement legs.

Shipping arrived later than expected. This chair is totally unfinished from the back side, so you must place it against a wall. The sides are designed to just slide down sleeves of the chair itself. One side does not install due to misalignment. I do mnot know how I will be able to make it functional.

Made an order for 2 couches both dark grey and I got 2 different colors 1 light grey and the other dark grey the couches are very nice and comfortable, I just wish they were both the same color or at least would have gotten the correct arm rest for both.

Chairs arrived 4 days earlier than expected! Came in 3 boxes. Easy to assemble – just slide in arm rests and twist on legs. No screws needed! Chairs are comfy and material is low maintenence. The color was a little off from what I was expecting. The gray has a blueish undertone versus a charcoal gray. A nice surprise is that both chairs came with throw pillows!
