Could not even put together! One of the feet wouldn’t screw in and the hardware it’s supposed to screw into came out of the wood. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The bench is beautiful. The legs were too short. I prefer the bench to be a little higher so we switched out the legs to make the bench a few inches higher and it was really easy to do.

Ok, I love the storage bench, the color is beautiful the closing hardware is sturdy with a slow closing but for the leg area is not good. It was craftsmanship is bad, it’s very sloppy. I tried to screw the leg into the bottom base the catching screw just came out attached to the leg screw there was no connection to the base. The legs were all banged up. Large staples were not pushed in all the way and kept falling out. Very dangerous. The base wood is particle board would not hold anything of weight inside. It would not even hold the legs in for a short period of time, they would just crumble. Leaving it a useless piece of furniture. One sitting it would be trash even if the legs went in properly. Not happy at all. I wait to open until my bed room construction was completed, if sorry I waited so long destroyed the box to ship it back. Very disappointed customer. Also when I open the chest the silica gel bag was torn those thing rolled out all over.

The color is a pleasing light grey. Fairly comfortable to sit on and large storage space. A low score for quality. Fabric stapled around corners and not fitted exactly. The fabric is cheap and a bit coarse. Plastic interior covered with thin fabric and poor fitting feet. I don’t think it is well made and probably will not hold up if used regularly.

I love this bench. Perfect for the end of the bed to sit and put on our shoes. Also, it seems small inside but it fit 10 pairs of sheets and pillow cases! *Update My daughter, who was 5, stood on it and it broke the top. You cant tell until you sit on it. But its not that sturdy. Also, attracts dog hair and almost impossible to get clean. Dont get it if you have pets that shed.

Bought in Jan 2021 and leg broke off and piece was inside and it won’t screw back in. Bench was much lower than I thought, even with legs. The description was supposed to be plush like velvet which was why I bought it and was disappointed it was linen. My cats like to scratch linen, so I had to put a blanket on it always. Now I have to get rid of it as much too low and with only 3 legs. Not worth over 200 that I paid for it and I looked for hours for the perfect bench.
