I ordered the teal and received a lighter sky blue instead- weird because it’s not even an option online- but customer service was great and I’m going to keep the couch (with a discount for the oddity). I haven’t finished setting the couch up yet, but the cushion level matches my expectations- a little firm but good!

Not great quality, but a nice addition to my place given the price point. One of the slots for inserting an arm of the sofa arrived bent, but I was able to jam the arm into the slot anyways. The bottom fabric of the sofa doesn’t line up very nicely, but it covers things just fine. You’re probably better off finding something better quality.

I didn’t have much luck with this item . First I was sent the wrong color item. Then finally a week later the correct color arrives but looks nothing like the pictures. I ordered the black color and it looks more like a faded dark grey. So I ended up purchasing a different loveseat.
