This fan came with a 2 year warranty on the motor and lifetime warranty on parts per the Barwefurniture posting description when I made purchase. I purchased 2. One motor has failed. Barwefurniture REFUSES to honor the honor the warranty noted on the listing stating that is a manufacturer warranty and I MUST DEAL DIRECTLY with the manufacturer which is ridiculous and IMPOSSIBLE…. now I’m stuck with a bad fan….. have to buy a new fan and pay someone to rehang one for me. No customer should have to go through this. Previously had good experience with Barwefurniture but now will not purchase from them anymore due to fear of no warranty back up.

Perfect for my lower family room. It has a low ceiling. The housing is more dark brown, definitely not black, but using with the lighter side of the blade so it doesn’t bother me. Husband said it was so much better made for installation that our other hugger fans.
