Comfy couch and material is soft other than that I’m not too happy. The sofa came with a tear on the fabric and one of the legs of the sofa came very scratched up. On one side of the sofa it had black marks on it.

Hello,
I purchased the sectional sofa of $600 and I received a defective item. I tried to return but Barwefurniture gave me hard time to return. They also make me pay for return shipping fee $63 for only 3 boxes. I didn’t give me time to pack the boxes but only allow less than 24 hours. I’m not happy with my purchase and the service. I would not recommend to purchase online for these items since materials are cheap and doesn’t look as what shown.
