Over all pretty well made grill, the only complaint I have is the cheap hollow plastic wheels they put on. The plastic ribs on the wheels make it roll harder and louder. I replaced mine with some old lawn mower tires with rubber tread and it rolls alot smoother. Over all pretty happy with it, nice to have both grill and griddle all in one.

Unfortunately, the new BBQ arrived and we just put it together this morning and the lid on the right side is dented in quite a bit and scratched alot, can we just get a new lid please? Please let me know what to do! I have attached pictures

It’s not good. First time cooking burgers on the grill all got stuck. Seasoned the griddle side and everything still gets stuck and burnt
