At first glance we thought this shelf was beautiful, and then we took it out of the box. It was badly damaged and flimsy. Would request an exchange, but the quality and price aren’t worth it – especially given the poor craftsmanship.

Arrived with a bend in the shelf and super cheap. Also found elsewhere for much cheaper after the fact. Love the design and gave an extra star (two instead of one) because Barwefurniture always has fantastic customer service.

The metal has multiple little dents and the paint job is not smooth. I would expect higher quality for what I paid. Luckily I could turn the shelves around for the most noticeable rough paint job to be in the back, but all the small dents are still noticeable along the edges of the shelves. Luckily it’s going in my basement bathroom that doesn’t get much foot traffic.
