The box was hardly damaged from being delivered. Just one or two spots. The pieces that were damaged were somehow only the pieces that were in the middle of the box. Which makes me think it came packed that way from the factory. Unfortunately the pieces were The main pieces of the changing table which are the top piece and the two side pieces that have all the damage to the wood. The set is beautiful. But not with unfixable damage. They aren’t just scratches. They are dents into the wood. Hoping to be able to send it back and get a replacement. Not what I was hoping for due to the amount of money I spent for a new piece of furniture. Not happy I have to take the time to load the huge box up being pregnant and take it back to fed ex if they allow me to send it back for a replacement either. I did order the crib too which has more damage to the box on the outside but nothing was damaged inside. The set is beautiful def worth the money if you can get it without the damage. I give it a three due to the damage and the inconvenience of getting a new one.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. All the holes for the bolts are not aligned at all. Just went to buy a whole new one after this.

I have no complaints about the crib, it has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is super cute, easy to assemble, and is fully convertible.
The changing table, however, is a moderate disappointment. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I was expecting the drawers to function properly. They stick, they don’t glide smoothly whatsoever. One of them constantly drops down and I have to use both hands to shut it again. I remember it being a royal pain to assemble, and 2 years later, it’s still a pain to deal with. It is cute, I’ll give it that. I do appreciate it matching the crib, but I’m a little bitter every time I have to get into either drawer.
