I bought this vanity a little over a year ago it has not held up well at all. Initially the sink leaked so I caulked the seam between the sink and countertop to resolve that issue. No big deal, Barwefurniture was very responsive about this issue. Now after a year of use the paint has failed and “wood†has blistered in several places. This is used in our first floor bath for hand washing. For what I paid the finish and materials do not meet expectations.

This product looks amazing when originally installed but after just having it installed for 1 month the wood is already cracking. Disappointed as I really loved the look of this in my bathroom!

So we do love the end result of how our bathroom turned out but it was a NIGHTMARE to install. The countertop does not come off so putting the bathroom faucet and drain in was much more difficult than anticipated. If you have trim in your bathroom as well you are left with three options:
1. Cut out part of the trim where the legs go so it can be closer to the wall leaving less of a gap for the countertop and wall.
2. Cut out part of the legs so it can fit snugly around the trim leaving less of a gap for the countertop and wall.
3. Have a large gap at the countertop and wall and stub your toe every time you go in your bathroom.
