The stools fully met our expectations and for two people who are taller (5’10†and 6’3â€), the size is great. We don’t feel they are too light (some reviewers noted this so we hesitated in purchasing) and we love the foot rest and ability to adjust the height of the stool.

Just received and put up last night. The chairs were easy to put together (less than 10 minutes). Worked immediately. The base could be a bit heavier but it makes it easy to move around if needed. Color looks as expected.

*Edit: I have now moved and put the chairs together and y’all…I mean…they’re perfect. Honestly, they’re smaller than I expected, but that’s a good thing. They fit perfectly against my island. They are so comfortable and sturdy. And the one thing no one can explain or understand until you touch them is how incredibly soft the fabric is. I strongly recommend these chairs.

The seat-back is at just enough of an angle backward that you don’t sit up straight in these stools if you want back support when seated. I like the material and they are sturdy but light so they are easy to move around. The piston is strong and raising and lowering is easy. We kept them and will use a small pillow if needed for back support. They look great.
