Great accent shelf! My only complaint is the cheap hardware. The shelf is heavy and almost fell off the wall so we needed to buy sturdier wall anchors. Overall a very nice piece and really ties our living room aesthetic together nicely!
Update definitely do not install this alone. My 4 star review still stands, but installation is absolutely a 2 person job. Pro tip – I drilled pilot holes and used a Phillips head drill bit in a ratchet to screw in the shelving to the brackets. Still difficult but made this technique made it much easier to install.

We love the look of the shelf for my 11-year-old’s newly decorated room. As other reviewers mention, it is a challenge to hang. We assembled the shelf first. While holding it in our desired location, we made sure each horizontal board was level and marked our desired screw location on the wall. We purchased durable anchors for added support. After attaching the small L-brackets to the wall with screws and anchors, we rested the shelf on it and marked where our small screws would go. To simplify attaching we took it down and pre-drilled holes and then mounted it. I hope that makes sense and I hope that it helps! It is heavy, so have at LEAST 2 people to install.
