The foot rest for the recliner has to be forced to be opened completely. Also has to be kicked to close. Very dissapointed in this.

The fabric is itchy and has a burnt rubber factory smell. It doesn’t massage, but vibrates, which feels weird.

Terrible chair, very hard to get out of when reclined, hard to close. When reclined legs are very short on the chair. My legs hang over. Massager is weak just a buzzing sound not a real massage. Wish I could return it. That would be the only way I would be happy.
