This chair looks nice in my living room WFH set up. Packed well, very easy to put together (the casters took some extra pressure to pop in but that’s good: I wouldn’t want them to fall out while I was sitting in the chair!)BUT (1) it has a hard uncomfortable seat so I”ll need a cushion for that for long hours at the computer and (2) the seat height is NOT 16-33″ to the floor; it only measures 19″ at the highest setting. Meets my needs at a reasonable price.

I put it together exactly as instructions. It won’t lock in a higher position it sinks to lowest height every time you sit in it. The hydraulic or lock does not work. Very disappointing
