Terrible. You have to put the entire thing together. Tons of pieces and hardware. I’m trying to return it, but can’t get a response from my account manager. Customer service has gone way downhill at Barwefurniture. Used to be excellent. I’ve been trying for 3 days to return this.

I love this coffee table. It is a little wobbly at the hinges for the pop-up table part, But it is a beautiful piece. Took my husband a couple hours to put it together. No issues. I had a piece arrive damaged in shipping and the manufacturer sent us a new one really fast, within a few days. Great customer service.

It looks very nice and is a substantial piece, except for the drawer which feels a little light and could have a smoother glide to it. But the lift top works great and feels very sturdy. It took two of us two hours to assemble. The instructions are clear but you have to follow them very carefully.

The table itself looks nice. You definitely need at least 2 people when it comes to assembling the top that lifts up. I was also missing the bottom part of the drawer & had to call the manufacturer to get the piece sent (didnt take a photo of the front because I was still waiting for the drawer piece to arrive)
