Haven’t put it together yet but one siderail arrived damaged. That is no problem for this manufacturer though- they are sending a new one, no problem. Also, I have ordered several pieces to this set. Her room has become a children’s garden and our friends say it’s gorgeous. I hope she will be able to use this bed for several years. It’s the stuff little girl’s dream about. Our nursery also has the matching table with 2 chairs, bookcase, and toy chest. Can’t say enough about how lovely it is or the great customer service. I’m not very handy so I accidently broke a piece of the bookcase because I misread the directions and used the wrong screw. The manufacturer sent me a new part straight away and even included some extra ‘just in case’ screws, which came in handy. This set is a bit expensive since each item is hand painted with nontoxic paints, however, I have been able to purchase all these when they were on sale. Highly reccomend

The bed is super cute although the box came damaged and the footboard was damaged. Hopefully a new piece will be sent to me. I sent in the request along with pics of the damaged piece. We’ll see!
