Product is fine and we love it. The challenge were the instructions which were not clear in parts including that the remote has buttons that the manual does not have. Figured out what they do and got through the confusing directions but they could be more product specific.

This is an excellent stylish fan with only a couple negatives! Easy install as it is very light weight compared to older Hunter builders fan and light it replaced! With only one power lead needed for this fan there is a need to disconnect and blank out that old fan/light power switch with existing construction. As you can see from my pictures I did find a triple Decor light switch cover with one blank position. I was able to wall mount the remote cradle for easy access. This wall plate is metal from a company called Kyle and blends nicely into any room with white wall plates! The cons: Remote seems very light and cheaply made wonder how long it will last? Obviously if it fails there is a need to purchase a matching RF receiver placed inside the fan box (if available). Wish cradle was longer/deeper so remote could be punched while in its cradle! Wall switch does activate the light but not the fan motor. Remote is required to start the fan. As required for DC motor health startup is 6 (full) speed and you need to punch in your slower speed. Only wish there had been a light dimmer on remote as light is very bright! Obviously you could not use a wall LED dimmer as this would affect fan motor operation! Install tip: Light kit fitter can has multiple mounting holes I assume for other fan models in the lineup. It’s a bit confusing finding the correct 3 holes to mount this but they are there! Very happy with this purchase considering the expensive alternative: Atlas or Mathews fans with similar design and 3 times the price!

Really cool fan! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because we’ve been having trouble with the light flickering on an off. Attached to dimmable switch since it says it’s a dimmable light.

I like the design of the fan however, I think there is a manufacturer default. The base of the fixture and the light cap don’t line up evenly. I think maybe the predrilled holes may not line up just right. Or maybe the plate holding the light isn’t parallel to the base. Not sure

Ugh. I really wanted to love this fan but it’s defective. apparently the way the motor is installed in the unit causes the rest of the components to be crooked upon final installation. As I am not much of a technical person, I do not know how else to describe it. I paid extra for the two-year protection and also an extra $200 to have it installed as I am not handy. I hope Barwefurniture does right by me as I have bought many products from them throughout the years. *Attaching photos but it is not possible to see how crooked the fan is.* super disappointed

Great looking. Getting it to work was a bit tricky. The wire fell out of the box at one point and once readjusted – works perfectly. Remote a bit weird to trouble shoot wiring issues. Only all off button but no all on button
