The delivery was fine . I am just not totally thrilled with the couch . I thought it was a chaise , but it’s just an ottoman that you can move from one side to another . It also took me awhile to build it .

The picture was misleading , the cushions are not uniform and uneven and there was no mention of the fact that it was a build, the sofa was on sale for 899. I paid 1039. But didn’t cause a fuss because the picture made it look worth it and when it got here I had just moved in and in need unfortunately if I had the chance to do it all again I don’t believe I would

Amazed that the sofa arrived in one big box and one smaller box containing the cushions. Maybe took 90 minutes or so to build, pretty straight forward. I thought it would it would be a bit more bulky of a couch and I wish the Chaise with Ottoman would have been a bit longer in length.

Couch is much smaller than what I measured for. Cushions are thin and frame feels flimsy. Very disappointed with this purchase, definitely not worth the money.
